PTV News Package on Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan official visit to Pakistan Received by Prime Minister Imran Khan (06.01.19) ‎#PrimeMinisterImranKhan #Pakistan #UAE 🇵🇰 🇦🇪 وزیراعظم عمران خان اورابوظہبی کے ولی عہد شیخ محمد بن زید النہیان کے درمیان میں ون آن ون ملاقات ہوئی جس میں باہمی دلچسپی کے امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا ، ون آن ون ملاقات کے بعد دونوں ملکوں کے درمیان وفود کی سطح پر مذاکرات ہوئے۔ پاکستانی وفد کی قیادت وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کی جبکہ متحدہ عرب امارات کے وفد کی قیادت ابوظہبی کے ولی عہد شیخ محمد بن زید النہیان نے کی ۔ پاکستان کے وفد میں وفاقی وزراء چوہدری فواد حسین، شاہ محمود قریشی ،اسد عمر، علی زیدی،عبدالرزاق داود ،زبیدہ جلال، چوہدری غلام سرور ، عمر ایوب خان اور شہریار آفریدی شامل تھے۔ سمندرپار پاکستانیوں کے لئے وزیراعظم کے معاون خصوصی ذوالفقار بخاری اور سیکرٹری خارجہ تہمینہ جنجوعہ بھی وفد میں شامل تھیں۔ اس سے پہلے ابوظبی کے ولی عہد شیخ محمد بن زید النہیان اسلام آباد پہنچے تو انھیں اکیس توپوں کی سلامی دی گئی۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان نے نور خان ائربیس پر معزز مہمان کا استقبال کیا۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان نور خان ایئر بیس سے خود گاڑی چلا کر معزز مہمان کو وزیراعظم ہاؤس لے کر آئے۔بعدازاں وزیراعظم ہاؤس میں شیخ محمد بن زید النہیان کے اعزاز میں باضابطہ استقبالیہ تقریب ہوئی۔ تقریب میں دونوں ملکوں کے قومی ترانے بجائے گئے۔ اس موقع پرمسلح افواج کے چاق وچوبند دستے نے معزز معمان کو سلامی پیش کی۔ ولی عہد شیخ محمد بن زید النہیان نے گارڈ آف آنر کا معائنہ کیا ۔وزیراعظم عمران خان نے معزز مہمان سے کابینہ ارکان کا تعارف کرایا ۔ابوظہبی کے ولی عہد نے وزیراعظم عمران خان سے اپنے وفد کے ارکان کا تعارف بھی کرایا۔ پاک فضائیہ کے جے ایف 17تھنڈر طیاروں نے معزز مہمان کو سلامی دی۔ شیخ محمد زید النہیان کا اس قدر گرمجوشی سے استقبال دونوں ملکوں کے درمیان کئی دہائیوں کے قریبی برادرانہ تعلقات کا عکاس ہے۔ Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was given warm welcome on his arrival at the Prime Minister House here on Sunday. Prime Minister Imran Khan droved the Crown Prince from Noor Khan Airbase to the PM House where the official welcome ceremony was held. The Crown Prince had arrived on a day-long official visit of Pakistan. A contingent of armed forces presented guard of honour to the visiting dignitary, who also reviewed the parade. The national anthems of both the countries were played. Prime Minister Imran Khan introduced Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his delegation with the members of his cabinet. A formation of JF-17 Thunder aircraft presented an impressive fly-past to the Crown Prince. This Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is visiting Pakistan after 12 years. Later, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Imran Khan held a one-on-one meeting followed by delegation level talks. Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan along with other government officials received him at the Noor Khan Airbase. Both sides also discussed various regional and global issues and expressed a complete identity of views on these issues, which serves as the basis of long-lasting and trusted friendship. Both the leaders agreed to take all necessary measures to deal with matters relating to trade enhancement and decided to form a Task Force to achieve the objective. Prime Minister Imran Khan thanked the UAE for the generous Balance of Payment support of three billion dollars and said this financial support shows the UAE’s continued commitment and friendship with Pakistan. He also welcomed the UAE’s interest in investing in oil, gas, logistics, ports and construction sectors. Both sides expressed satisfaction over the on-going defence and security cooperation, and vowed to further boost collaboration in the areas of training, joint exercises and defence production. They strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and expressed the resolve to work closely to root out this scourge. Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan recognized the efforts and unparalleled sacrifices made by Pakistan to eliminate terrorism and extremism. Prime Minister Imran Khan briefed the Crown Prince on the situation in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the plight of Kashmiris. He also briefed the UAE leader about his government’s people centric reform agenda, and the steps taken to promote transparency and accountability at all levels of government. Prime Minister Imran Khan briefed about the efforts Pakistan is making to support and facilitate the Afghan-owned and Afghan-led reconciliation process. He also appreciated the role UAE is playing by hosting reconciliation talks in Abu Dhabi. The two leaders agreed to work closely for the lasting peace and stability of Afghanistan. The Crown Prince expressed his sincere appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him and his delegation. Later, Delegation level talks between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates held at Prime Minister house in Islamabad on Sunday. Prime Minister Imran Khan led the Pakistani delegation while the UAE side was led by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The Pakistan delegation included Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Finance Minister Asad Umer, Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi and Foreign Secretary Tehmeena Janjua. The two sides discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual, regional and international interests.
