$Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan meets with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing China (28.04.19)\n#PrimeMinisterImranKhan #Pakistan 🇵🇰 #China 🇨🇳 #CPEC\n\nPrime Minister Imran Khan met with President Xi Jinping here on Sunday and reaffirmed Pakistan’s unflinching commitment to China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as well highlighted CPEC’s next phase and it’s extension into new areas of agriculture, industrial development and socio economic uplift with livelihood projects.\n\nThe two leaders were accompanied by Ministers and senior-level delegations during the meeting held at Great Hall of the people.\n\nReaffirming ‘All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership’ between Pakistan and China, the two leaders exchanged views on the entire gamut of bilateral relations in a warm and cordial atmosphere.\n\nThey affirmed the resolve to further strengthen their strategic cooperative partnership in all fields including political, security, economic and trade, and people-to-people exchanges.\n\nPrime Minister Imran Khan thanked President Xi for the warm and gracious welcome accorded to him in China and for China’s steadfast support to Pakistan on all issues.\n\nThe Prime Minister also reaffirmed Pakistan’s support to China on all issues of its core interest.\n\nPrime Minister Imran Khan congratulated President Xi on the successful convening of the 2nd Belt and Road Forum (BRF), which is a practical manifestation of his far-reaching vision, and highlighted its significance as an important international platform for connectivity and sharing of experience among the BRI participating countries.\n\nReaffirming Pakistan’s unflinching commitment to China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the Prime Minister highlighted CPEC’s next phase and its extension into new areas of agriculture, industrial development, and socio-economic uplift with livelihood projects.\n\nPresident Xi Jinping reiterated China’s unwavering support to Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and appreciated the government’s agenda for socio-economic development and people-centered progress.\n\nHe affirmed that China-Pakistan ties would continue to acquire greater strength and deepen practical cooperation in the time to come.\n\nThe two sides also exchanged views on the regional situation, including in Afghanistan and South Asia.\n\nPresident Xi further expressed China’s appreciation for Pakistan’s sustained and successful efforts in the fight against terrorism and to create a peaceful neighbourhood.\n\nBoth sides expressed satisfaction over the close cooperation between the two countries at multilateral fora and resolved to further deepen communication and coordination at all levels.\n\nThey also agreed to keep the momentum of high-level exchanges between the two countries.\n\n وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے کہا ہے کہ سی پیک کے دوسرے مرحلے میں اس کی توسیع سے زراعت، صنعتی ترقی اور سماجی و اقتصادی بہتری کے مختلف نئے شعبوں کو شامل کیا گیا ہے، بیلٹ اینڈ روڈ فورم میں شریک ممالک کے باہمی تجربات سے استفادہ اور کثیر الجہتی رابطوں کو وسعت دینے میں مدد ملے گی، پاکستان اور چین کی قیادت نے سیاسیات، سیکورٹی، معیشت ،تجارت اور لوگوں کے لوگوں سے رابطو ںکے فروغ سمیت تمام شعبوں میں اپنی تزویراتی تعاون پر مشتمل شراکت داری کو مزید مستحکم کرنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار انھوں نے اتوار کو یہاں چین کے صدر شی جن پنگ سے ملاقات کے دوران کیا۔اس موقع پر دونوں رہنمائوں کے ہمراہ وزراء اور اعلیٰ سطح کے وفود بھی موجود تھے۔ پاکستان اور چین کے درمیان ہر طرح کے حالات میں تزویراتی تعاون پر شراکت داری کے عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہوئے دونوں رہنمائوں نے ہر طرح کے حالات میں باہمی تعلقات میں مجموعی بہتری کے فروغ پر تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ یہ ملاقات انتہائی خوشگوار اور دوستانہ ماحول میں ہوئی۔ ملاقات کے دوران پاکستان اور چین کی قیادت نے سیاسیات، سیکورٹی، معیشت ، تجارت اور لوگوں کے لوگوں سے رابطو ںکے فروغ سمیت تمام شعبوں میں اپنی تزویراتی تعاون پر مشتمل شراکت داری کو مزید مستحکم کرنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔ وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے چین کے صدر شی جنگ پنگ کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ چین میں ان کا شاندار اور پرتپاک استقبال کیا گیا۔ انہوں نے ہر طرح کے معاملات میں چین کی بھر پور حمایت پر ان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ وزیراعظم نے اس عزم کو بھی دہرایا کہ پاکستان چین کے مجموعی مفادات کے حوالے سے اپنی معاونت جاری رکھے گا، دوسرے بیلٹ اینڈ روڈ فورم کے کامیاب انعقاد پر چینی صدر کو مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ ان کے دور رس ویژن کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے خصوصی ذکر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ فورم بین الاقوامی سطح کا ایک کامیاب پلیٹ فارم ہے جہاں پر فورم میں شریک ممالک کے باہمی تجربات سے استفادہ اور کثیر الجہتی رابطوں کو وسعت دینے میں مدد ملے گی۔ چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری (سی پیک) منصوبے کے بارے میں انہوں نے کہا کہ سی پیک کے دوسرے مرحلے میں اس کی توسیع سے زراعت، صنعتی ترقی اور سماجی و اقتصادی بہتری کے مختلف نئے شعبوں کو شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ صدر شی جن پنگ نے کہا کہ چین پاکستان کی خود مختاری اور علاقائی سالمیت سمیت دیگر شعبوں میں ہر طرح کی معاونت جاری رکھے گا۔ انہوں نے اس عزم کو دہراتے ہوئے کہا کہ چین پاکستان کی حکومت کے سماجی اور اقتصادی ترقی کے ایجنڈے اور عوام کی بہتری کے منصوبوں کو سراہتا ہے اور اس حوالے سے ہر طرح کی ممکنہ معاونت فراہم کی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے مزید کہاکہ چین اور پاکستان کے تعلقات مستقبل میں مزید مستحکم اور گہرے ہوتے جائیں گے اور آنے والے وقت میں عملی تعاون میں مزید اضافہ ہوگا۔ دونوں رہنمائوں نے افغانستان اور جنوبی ایشیاء سمیت خطے کی صورتحال پر بھی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ صدر شی جن پنگ نے پرامن ہمسائیگی کے قیام اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف پاکستان کی کامیاب کوششوں کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس سے ملک میں استحکام پیدا ہوگا۔ دونوں رہنمائوں نے پاکستان اور چین کے باہمی تعلقات کی موجودہ صورتحال پر اطمینان کا اظہار کیا اور کہا کہ مستقبل میں بھی باہمی تعاون اور شراکت داری کو ہر سطح پر مزید وسعت دی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے دونوں ممالک کے اعلیٰ سطح کے وفود کے تبادلوں کے عمل کو جاری رکھنے پر بھی اتفاق کیا$
